Alumni
Anyone who participates in one of our programmes is subsequently invited to join our constantly-expanding Alumni association. Membership is free, and for life, and provides access to a network of leaders united by a common developmental experience, and enthusiastic to continue to learn from others and to share their own good practices. In addition to informal networking opportunities, at the beginning of each year we organise a more structured Alumni event in conjunction with a partner organisation with a connection to our work. Recent hosts have included HM Treasury, The British Army, Plan International, CIPD, the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association and the Home Office. These events - offered free of charge, with Alumni members paying only for travel and food costs - provide the opportunity to receive new developmental inputs, refreshers on key concepts and the chance to hear from other members about the work they do and how they are developing leadership within their own organisations. Importantly, it helps participants keep motivation going with their own leadership development. |
