Embracing Leadership

This online programme is designed as a bridge between Leadership Fundamentals and our long-running signature programme, Towards Outstanding Leadership. It is for those who are establishing themselves in more formal leadership roles.   This intermediate programme is built of four intensive modules with activities between these sessions to help participants build momentum with their leadership development and adopt the habits that will sustain this for them beyond the programme.

The four modules are each a ‘short day’ delivered online: 9.30am - 4.30pm.

Broad content of the modules includes:

Module one: Your Identity as a Leader
The nature of leadership, your personal strengths and values, emotional intelligence

Module two: Leading and Developing Your Team
High performing teams, delegation, developing your people, different working styles and preferences

Module three: Collaborating Across the Wider System
Challenging situations and conversations, collaboration, organisational politics, trust, personal influence

Module four: Sustaining Performance Over Time
Leading through change, communication, resilience and planning your leadership for the future.

The modules are supported by two 1:1 coaching sessions – the first by the mid-point of the programme and the second after the final module.

£1,950 + VAT for 1 delegate

£1,700 each + VAT for 3 or more delegates
