Fundamentals of Leadership Programme

 

 

This online programme is for those who may have only recently started managing others or have seen the leadership element of their work increase. It is also suitable for those who have not yet assumed a formal leadership role but are considered to be on the cusp of doing so. It is designed to build confidence around some of the basic leadership skills and module titles are:

  1. Introduction to leadership

  2. Planning for delivery through others

  3. Communicating

  4. Maximising performance

  5. Leading under pressure

  6. Evolving your leadership style


Each session takes place over a morning with modules spaced about a month apart to allow for experimentation and reflection.

Cost:

£995 + VAT for 1 delegate
£895 each + VAT for 3 or more delegates
