Workshops and seminars
We have found that in some situations there is a real desire within an organisation or group to learn more about, and explore the implications of the Outstanding Leadership research, but a full in-house tailored development programme is not appropriate or affordable. In these circumstances, we are happy to design and deliver bite-sized provocations to suit the particular needs of the audience.
These typically take two different forms:
Stand-alone sessions
Following a ‘Masterclass’-style format, these single sessions – typically up to half-a-day in duration – examine the findings of the research from multiple perspectives, and encourage an interactive exploration of the practical implications for those present.
Workshop mini-series
Run as a series of shorter events – typically 2 hours long – over a number of months, with each session focussing on a particular sub-theme, or topic of particular interest or relevance to the audience (for example Leadership through change, or Leadership in a team context).
A recent example is for Cass Business School where topics covered in a number of separate sessions included:
